I am a dedicated leadership facilitator passionate about helping individuals master their performance as leaders.
Through Performastery Leadership Facilitation, I empower business owners, managers, supervisors, and team leaders to harness and evolve their innate leadership skills.
My programs are designed to elevate leadership mastery across entire companies by equipping leaders with essential tools and strategies to lead teams with confidence and purpose.
Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of training and coaching over 2,000 people from more than 20 companies in fundamental leadership skills development. This work draws from over 25 years of experience across various sectors, including commercial, not-for-profit, and public sectors, as well as lessons learned as an elite athlete representing Australia in two sports.
I've held roles such as strategic marketer, events manager, and business development strategist. Beyond my professional endeavours, I cherish my role as a stepmother to three exceptional young men and am grateful every day for the unwavering support of my husband and family.
2006 Commonwealth Games, Melbourne. Getty Images captured my reaction when I realised I'd made my first ever international final for the 100m hurdles. I went on to come 5th in the final, my best ever placing at a major international competition. A young Sally Pearson (nee Mclellen) hit the second last hurdle in that same race. I was the other aussie athlete that picked her up off the ground and consoled her.
KOENIGSSEE, GERMANY - 18 FEBRUARY 2011: Pilot Astrid Loch-Wilkinson and Breakwoman Fiona Cullen of Team Australia start their run at the women's Bobsleigh World Championships. And yes, it is exactly like the movie 'Cool Runnings'.
